Muchi Muchi Pork! Progress

We're seriously going through with this... completing the costume in record time. I've gotta say Junicorn is extremely focused when it comes to getting the cosplay done and if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have this much done.
Due to time constraints, we got a pair of bikinis that most closely resembled the designs, rather than making our own from scratch. Good thing it's summer because we were able to find water guns to server our porky shooting purposes.
The rough pattern Katakuchi Ikuo. We had to buy new gloves since our method of "painting" them white totally failed with the first pair. I love the little piggy ears and hair accessory.
Rough pattern for Barasoto Momoi. I love the color contrast for the characters. We got our lycra at a place downtown called Nuñez Fabrics. If you are ever in Miami and need lycra, this place has it ALL. If not you can go to the store next door to them!

saw the preview of the cosplay and have to say you ladies sure can pick'em.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the fact that you do cosplay of characters outside the norm and such colorful ones at that.
Looking forward to seeing you and Junicorn in full regalia :3
